SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping of your items incurs a $10.00 fee Australia wide. For international orders, a $50.00 fee is incurred. Please note that shipping of goods is arranged up to 14 business days following payment. However, on average expected shipment is 2 business days. To track the progress of your order, please contact me via email at chloelittlee@gmail.com and I will be happy to provide you an update.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Prints and accessories are refundable on the basis the item is in new condition and is requested within 30 days of purchase. At this stage, exchange is not available. Please note that commission and original artworks are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. To raise a return please contact me via email at chloelittlee@gmail.com.
